I’m an engineer, a father, and I’m running to be your City Councilmember. I’m running because Simi Valley is my home, it’s where I’m raising my child, and where I’ve invested years as an active community member. It’s where I own a home and walk my dog Rona every night.

Service is in my DNA. I come from a family of educators and public servants who taught me that a strong community is built by those willing to do the work.

My mother was an educator who worked with children with special needs. My father served with Ventura County Emergency Operations, and was recently honored for his years of service. My brother serves our neighbors every day as a Fire Captain with Ventura County Fire.

I carry this legacy forward through my volunteer work in Simi Valley:

  • I served as a Board Member and Chair of Neighborhood Council
  • I have been appointed by the city to two City Advisory Committees, and the Cultural Arts Center Foundation Board
  • I’ve done all of this while being a PTA Parent.

As an engineer and manager, I know that the hardest challenges are solved through understanding the problem, collaboration, and persistence.

I have managed multi-million-dollar projects for a large regional employer, and I will bring my business experience and knowledge of the community to preserve Simi Valley’s character and improve its quality of life.
